Sandy Dean is a seasoned organizational development professional with over 35 years of experience in the utility and healthcare industries. She has extensive experience in multiple aspects of organizational development including strategic workforce planning, leadership and employee development, instructional design, corporate training, and performance management.
With a passion to help others prosper, Sandy has led numerous strategic initiatives aimed at building leadership effectiveness and advancing corporate culture. She is certified to conduct several leadership development programs including The Leadership Challenge, Situational Leadership II, and selected DDI and Franklin Covey programs. Additionally, Sandy has experience facilitating strategic planning exercises, DiSC workshops, and customized teambuilding activities. Given her knowledge of multiple leadership assessments and tools, she has provided individual coaching to new and seasoned leaders. She has also led the implementation of companywide learning and performance management systems requiring the application of accomplished project management skills.
Sandy holds a BS degree from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management and is currently partnering with Performance Improvement Consulting to grow and develop leaders in central Indiana.
